Our Story

We were inspired by the tale of prophet’s Muhammad story. As stated in the Quran, prophet Muhammad took a night trip to heaven abroad a trusty winged pony horse-mule-ish creature called Buraq. Buraq, a creature said to have transport the Prophet Muhammad to heaven. Buraq was originally introduced into the story of Muhammad night journey from Mecca to Jerusalem and back. As the tale of night journey became connected with that of Muhammad’s ascension to heaven, Buraq replaced the ladder as Muhammad’s means of access into heaven.

In the earliest interpretations of the Mi Raj, the prophet were transported by Jibril directly to the lowest to the lowest heaven. But early in Islamic history, it came to be associated with the story of Muhammad’s night journey from the sacred place of worship (Mecca) to the further place of worship (Jerusalem).

Both of it were separated into two different incidents and were gradually combined so that it chronologically the purification of Muhammad in his sleep begins the sequence. After that he is then transported in a single night from Mecca to Jerusalem by the winged mythical creature Buraq. He then were accompanied by Jibril to heaven, ascending possibly by ladder or staircase.
